ATS began with Robert and Plamen: childhood friends brought together by holidays in Bulgaria and a shared ambition to build a modern organisation. Their complementary professional strengths became the foundation of a lasting partnership.

Strategy, economics and technology

Robert was born in Italy to a Bulgarian mother and grew up with a connection to both countries. Childhood summers in Bulgaria also marked the beginning of his friendship with Plamen. As an economist and an information technology engineer, he combines analytical and technological thinking with an approach to work developed in Italy — focused on organisation, quality and attention to the customer. His idea laid the foundation for ATS: an organisation built around professionalism, technology and a clear business vision. He combines strategic vision with attention to detail, seeking opportunities to improve processes and turning complex challenges into clear, practical solutions.

Plamen

Technical expertise and practical solutions

With his technical training, engineering approach and resourcefulness, Plamen plays a key role in building the service operation. He contributes the ability to turn ideas into practical solutions and develop the technical side of the business. As a leader of the technical team, he combines practical knowledge with the ability to organise work, set priorities and guide colleagues towards a shared goal. He encourages the exchange of experience and the development of specialists, maintaining a working environment built on collaboration, responsibility and attention to quality. For him, a sound solution depends on both technical competence and well-coordinated teamwork.

Our specialists undertake technical training at ZF Group in Germany and regular training with our service partner in Italy. Continuing professional development is part of our everyday work.

ATS has warehouse facilities with a sheltered loading and unloading area, offices for its departments and teams, and an equipped service workshop. Iparts is part of our group of companies and operates the service centre at 126 Europa Boulevard in Sofia. Here we carry out diagnostics, repair and maintenance of ZF units as part of ATS’s activities as a ZF service partner in Bulgaria.

We use professional tools from established brands, including ZF, and dedicated ZF diagnostics. This enables us to connect technical assessment, parts selection and repair in a complete service process.
