ZF Ecosplit: proven countless times – the classic for heavy-duty trucks. The lightweight 12-speed version reliably transmits power to the road, regardless of the engine type or driving stage – when moving off, accelerating, or cruising. In the 16-speed version, the fully synchronized manual transmission demonstrates its strength, especially in off-road applications, such as construction and specialized vehicles. Ecosplit can be equipped with various PTOs to drive additional units, and the compact aluminum housing eliminates unnecessary weight and increases payload. Helical gears, meanwhile, ensure quiet operation. With the “SERVOSHIFT” pneumatic shifting assistance system, the driver selects gears quickly and without unnecessary physical effort. An added safety bonus is the option to integrate a ZF Intarder, which reliably relieves the service brakes, even when the truck is not traveling downhill.
